In addition to my role in nonprofit marketing and development, I lead a consulting firm that supports women business owners navigating growth friction and decision fatigue. My work operates at the decision-making level of leadership, helping founders and business owners design strategies so clarity can be acted on deliberately, rather than revisited endlessly.

My advisory work is grounded in transparency, commitment, and alignment, and is practiced with discretion by design. I am currently completing a book titled Clarity Is Power. Strategy Is How You Claim It, which explores why clarity alone is insufficient for business growth and how leaders reclaim momentum through strategic decision-making.

To complement this work, I host a long-form podcast and video series on YouTube, where I examine leadership decisions, growth patterns, and the strategic realities behind sustainable businesses.
