About Me
I’m a strategist focused on clarity, systems, and long-term leverage.

I lead Rendon & Co., a consulting firm supporting women business owners and mission-driven organizations navigating growth, complexity, and decision fatigue.
My work operates at the decision-making level of leadership, helping clarity turn into deliberate action.

Associations

With over a decade of experience across consulting, nonprofit leadership, and digital strategy, I support founders navigating complexity with intention rather than urgency. My work focuses on designing systems that reduce growth friction, strengthen alignment, and support sustainable growth over time.

I’m known for recognizing patterns others often miss. Connecting gaps across strategy, operations, and human behavior to surface insight, direction, and momentum. This perspective allows leaders to move beyond clarity alone and make decisions that are deliberate, grounded, and durable.

In addition to my advisory work, I publish long-form conversations and strategic reflections through my podcast and YouTube platform, where I explore leadership decision-making, growth patterns, and the realities behind sustainable businesses. This work extends my advisory firm, offering thoughtful insights for leaders who value depth, discernment, and intentional growth.

I also serve as the Development and Marketing Coordinator at the Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network of SCNY, supporting initiatives advancing maternal health and family well-being. Earlier in my entrepreneurial journey, I founded Back 2 Work Mom Club LLC, an experience that continues to support women in starting and growing a business while raising a family.

My approach is grounded in authenticity, honesty, and transparency. I value clarity in communication, consistency in action, and decisions made with intention. These principles shape how I work, whom I partner with, and the outcomes I help leaders achieve.

I am currently completing a book titled Clarity Is Power. Strategy Is How You Claim It, which explores why clarity alone is insufficient for growth—and how leaders reclaim momentum through strategic decision-making rooted in alignment and long-term vision.
